Yes this works.
I'm getting slightly tired of people spamming my thread saying this doesn't work. IT DOES WORK. That is why it is still a sticky, although there are a few complications. Involving too much xp giving you a command overflow and whatnot.

You cannot get banned by using these patches, the only reason I got banned was because of a modded gpd. All of these patches include unlimited ammo, force host, all the good mods, will be updating my patches in a bit to make it the best possible experience to host.
Positive XP Patch
FFA(Free for all): 5,000 XP Kill/Death
Other gametypes: 2,516,000 XP Kill/Death
Instructions:
Download the Patch and put on your Jtag
Start a system link game
Join on your retail
Back out go to find match
Search any gametype and get host
Kill yourself with a grenade or get a kill
